Key Responsibilities
- Support ASPICE process implementation across system, software, and hardware projects
- Assist in process gap analysis and compliance checks against ASPICE requirements
- Conduct work product reviews and ensure proper documentation
- Support internal assessments and audits (SYS/SWE levels)
- Assist project teams in understanding and applying ASPICE Best Practices
- Track process non‑compliances and support closure actions
- Maintain process documentation, templates, and checklists
- Support preparation for customer or third‑party ASPICE assessments
- Coordinate with engineering and quality teams for process adherence
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical / Process Skills
- Basic to positive understanding of Automotive SPICE v3.x
- Knowledge of SYS, SWE process groups
- Familiarity with V‑model development lifecycle
- Understanding of requirements, design, implementation, and testing artifacts
- Awareness of change management and configuration management
Tools
- Requirement tools (DOORS, Polarion - basic exposure)
- Process and issue tracking tools (JIRA, Excel, Confluence)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to OEM or Tier‑1 ASPICE projects
- Basic understanding of ISO26262 or functional safety processes
- Certification or training in ASPICE Fundamentals (preferred)
