Job Description Design & Engineering
n Lead end-to-end design activities for Earthing & Grounding Systems and Lightning Protection Systems (LPS) in line with international standards (IEC, IEEE, IS, etc.).
n Review, validate, and approve detailed engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documents. Provide technical expertise for complex and large-scale projects across industrial, commercial, and utility sectors.
n Ensure optimized and cost-effective designs without compromising safety, quality, or compliance. Software & Technical Tools Utilize and guide the team on CDEGS / ETAP software for grounding, earthing, and safety analysis (knowledge is a strong advantage).
n Ensure accuracy of simulations, soil resistivity analysis, touch & step potential calculations, and risk assessments.
n Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor,



and groom the design team to build solid technical capability and ownership.
n Allocate work, set priorities, monitor deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines.
n Support skill development and continuous technical upskilling of the team. Sales & Customer Support Work closely with the Product Sales and Business Development teams to provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages. Participate in technical discussions, customer meetings, and design clarifications to build confidence and trust.
n Support preparation of technical proposals, BOQs, drawings, and compliance documents.
