Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager - Store

Location: Sanjan nearby Vapi

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including RM, PM and FG inventory.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, material issue and dispatch as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and ensure stock accuracy.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO, batch-wise inventory and expiry control.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Logistics departments.
- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping, safety and 5S practices.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Prepare inventory, stock movement and other MIS reports for management.





Required Skills

- Knowledge of Raw Material, Packaging Material & Finished Goods
- Inventory Management & Stock Control
- Knowledge of FIFO / FEFO & Batch Management
- Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP / WMS
- Material Receiving, Inspection, Storage & Issue
- Knowledge of GRN, Material Requisition & Stock Transfer

Required Qualification:- Diploma - Engineering

Salary :- Upto 7.20 LPA
