Job Description Summary
The Site Manager as a member of C&C; Team, will be responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope. The role requires valuable knowledge of the TI package execution plan, time schedule, scope of supply / work, major subcontracts, budget and account structure, status of documentation, EHS plan, site staffing plan, applicable local regulations, restrictions etc. For a particular project the Site Manager serves as a member of the Project Team, with accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery (schedule) and Cost (including Statutory Labor compliances)- SQDC, for all jobsite activities in line with the contractual obligations of the project keeping GE Vernova Code of conduct at the center of what we do.

Job Description
Principal Duties:
- Represent the Project and the Organization towards customers, partners, subcontractors,



and local authorities on site and lead all site activities performed by the organization, consortium partners (if applicable) and subcontractors through a proper Daily Management System – DMS (word “daily” to be understood as Daily, Weekly, Bi- weekly, monthly, and so on, as applicable ).
- Responsible for the whole scope of site works from site mobilization to final acceptance followed by site close out by upholding the Code of Conduct.
- Assumes accountability for Safety, schedule (Delivery), Quality and Cost [ SQDC ] for all jobsite activities in line with the contractual obligations of the project including the statutory labor compliances as per applicable labor act/laws.
- Lead a team of site engineers and managers and ensure that direct reports are properly trained and receive the support needed to perform their duties. Coordinate support from PCCM and Head office, as needed.
