Job Description:

Position: CSR Auditor

Location: Vapi

Experience: 3 - 7 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities

-
Plan, schedule, and conduct CSR audits at manufacturing sites, suppliers, or company facilities.
- Evaluate compliance with labour laws, occupational health and safety requirements, environmental regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Review company policies, procedures, records, and documentation related to CSR compliance.
- Conduct employee and management interviews to verify compliance with CSR standards.
- Inspect workplaces to assess working conditions, health and safety measures, and environmental practices.
- Identify non-conformities, risks, and areas for improvement. Prepare accurate audit reports with findings, evidence, and recommendations.
- Monitor and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with customer codes of conduct and international standards such as ISO 26000, SA8000, as applicable.
- Maintain audit records and ensure confidentiality of information.



Provide guidance and training on CSR requirements and best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, environmental regulations, and CSR standards.

Required Skills

- Understanding of labor laws, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
- Attention to detail and objectivity.
- Ability to travel for on-site audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit reporting software

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Environmental
