Description
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your role is crucial in building a strong talent pool and contributing to the success of our clients' businesses. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and find the best fit for their open positions.

Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different industries.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique requirements.
- Conduct thorough reference and background checks on shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure a positive and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote employer branding initiatives.




- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and suggest innovative solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.
