Purpose of the Role
Contributed to the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy to recruit prospective students for GUS France.




Developed and maintained relationships with corporate partners while prospecting current companies to support the recruitment and placement of work-study students.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing :
· Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with employer partners to secure apprenticeship and work-study placements for students.
· Advise employers on their recruitment needs by defining role requirements, candidate profiles, and facilitating connections with prospective students.
· Represent the institution at recruitment events, including campus career fairs and key account recruitment initiatives.
· Deliver an outstanding employer experience to foster long-term partnerships and maximise partner retention.
· Identify employers' recruitment needs for upcoming hiring campaigns and proactively source and recommend suitable candidates.
· Resolve partnership and placement-related issues, ensuring effective conflict management and stakeholder satisfaction.
· Actively contribute to Apprenticeship Tax and corporate philanth
