About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven Manager to join our
team and own high-impact partnership initiatives across Swiggy's core
verticals: Food Delivery, Instamart, and Dineout.

This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of business
development, program management, and growth strategy. You'll work directly with
external partners and internal stakeholders to build collaborations that move
the needle - for our users, our partners, and our business.

What You'll Do

Business Development

Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners that unlock growth across
Swiggy's verticals

Build and nurture long-term, commercially sustainable partnerships with a
focus on mutual value creation

Performance & Business Operations

Own end-to-end tracking and analysis of partner-led initiatives; define
metrics, monitor performance, and surface actionable insights
