Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting.

operations, maintain financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial

reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, accuracy

in financial transactions, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

ï· Record and maintain daily financial transactions.

ï· Prepare and update cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.

ï· Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.

ï· Reconcile inter branch statement 15 days once.

ï· Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Taxation & Compliance

ï· Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

ï· Deduct, deposit, and reconcile TDS as per applicable provisions.

ï· Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.

ï· Maintain records required under Income Tax and GST laws.

Financial Reporting

ï· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.





ï· Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

ï· Analyze expenses and identify discrepancies.

Inventory & Vendor Management

ï· Verify purchase invoices and vendor payments.

ï· Maintain inventory accounting records.

ï· Reconcile stock records with physical inventory.

Documentation

ï· Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

ï· Ensure systematic filing of financial and statutory records.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

ï· Bachelor;s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.

ï· 2–5 years of accounting experience.

Required Skills

ï· Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.

ï· Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliances.

ï· Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, etc.).

ï· Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime.

ï· Positive analytical and communication skills.
