The Production Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling the complete fa ade manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, delivery schedules, and safety requirements are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities for unitised curtain wall, stick curtain wall, and other fa ade systems.

- Plan production schedules based on project requirements and delivery timelines.

- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Stores, and Project/Site teams.

- Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor manpower, machine utilisation, materials, and overall production capacity.

- Ensure timely fabrication, assembly, glazing, packing, and dispatch of fa ade components.

- Monitor production progress and take corrective action to avoid delays.

- Ensure proper utilisation of materials and minimise wastage and rework.

- Review production drawings and coordinate with the Design team for technical clarifications.

- Ensure quality checks are carried out at each stage of production.

- Implement and maintain production processes, SOPs, and quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures within the production facility.

- Identify production issues and implement solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.





- Coordinate with site teams to understand installation requirements and resolve production-related issues.

- Maintain production reports, productivity records, and daily/weekly progress reports.

- Lead, train, and manage production supervisors, operators, and shop-floor teams.

- Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process optimisation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Production Engineering, or a related field.

- 6 10+ years of experience in fa ade manufacturing/production, preferably in aluminium and glass fa ade systems.

- Strong experience in unitised curtain wall production is preferred.

- Good knowledge of aluminium fabrication, assembly, glazing, and fa ade manufacturing processes.

- Proven experience in managing production teams and factory operations.

- Valuable knowledge of production planning, quality control, and material management.

- Ability to read and understand fa ade fabrication drawings and technical specifications.

- Experience with ERP/MIS production systems will be an added advantage.
