As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of our bank, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional in-branch experience, offering personalized financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for building a strong client base and maintaining a high level of service excellence.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and skilled demeanor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals
- Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations based on customer profiles
- Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to offer relevant solutions
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution




- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with bank policies
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and provide a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to cross-sell effectively
- Proficiency in using banking software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new banking products and services
- Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
