Job Description:

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Vapi

Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, Coordinate & Monitor Production activities on the shop floor

- Plan & allocate manpower, machines & material to achieve daily/weekly production target.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/rejection.
- Maintain proper documentation of production records, shift reports, shift reports & downtime analysis.
- Train, operate, motivate, evaluate production operators.
- Support implementation of 5S practices.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores dept. for smooth operations.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety & environmental regulation.

Required Skills:

- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Positive in communication.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
