Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – US & North America

Location: Mumbai (Navi Mumbai preferred), US shift mandatory

Role Summary

This role focuses on executing outbound prospecting and data mining for the US market using ZoomInfo and similar tools.

The goal is to generate qualified leads and identify early-stage (Pre-RFP) opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily prospecting using tools like ZoomInfo / Apollo / Lusha
- Build account lists and identify decision-makers
- Execute outreach:

Cold calls

Email campaigns

LinkedIn engagement

- Track intent signals and identify active buying accounts
- Support Pre-RFP chance discovery through research
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for sales teams
- Update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
- Follow defined lead lifecycle and handover process

Experience





- 4–6 years in inside sales / lead generation for US market
- Experience working on US / North America campaigns

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo (must have)
- Experience in data mining and prospect research
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Ability to work in US shift

- Daily / weekly outreach volume
- Meetings / Discovery calls arranged
- Lead-to-meeting conversion rate

Reporting Structure

- Reports to Business Head for US
- Works with US Field Sales team, Pre-Sales and Marketing.
