Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software based on engineering inputs.
- Develop coordinated layouts for water treatment plants, including piping, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Interpret and incorporate design changes, redlines, and markups from engineers.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and local codes.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and process teams to ensure clash-free designs.
- Maintain drawing documentation and revision control.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for project handover.
- Support site teams with drawing clarifications and updates as needed.

Qualifications:

- Graduation in Mechanical or Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering field.




- Above 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman in the water treatment sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and P&ID; knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, or BIM tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of pumping stations and MEP systems in water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ASME, NFPA, IEC).
- Experience with 3D modeling and clash detection.
- Knowledge of P&IDs; and process flow diagrams.
