Front Office Executive-
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service: - between 9-6pm or in case of high profile visits
- Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional manner
- Manage visitor registration and access control procedures
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue temporary access badges
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages – all packages will be directed to the mail room by asking the Mailroom resource to come & collect the same.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Update tenant directories and building information displays
- Process tenant service requests and work orders
- Support property management team with administrative tasks
Security & Compliance:
- Monitor building access and security protocols
- Report security incidents or maintenance issues –visitor areas & in and around the lobby, as the FOE should be available in the reception area
- Ensure compliance with building safety procedures
- Coordinate with security personnel when needed
Communication & Coordination:
- Relay important information to tenants and management when required
- Assist with tenant communications and notices
- Support property events and tenant activities
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
