In this role, you will lead massive, complex substitution projects across our industrial environment. You will ensure that operations remain sustainable, safe, and fully compliant with European substance policies, without ever compromising on aircraft performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Financial Governance
- Long-Term Roadmap: Define and drive the 5-year industrial roadmap and establish robust deployment strategies.
- Financial Control: Manage complex budgets and financial flows forecast on Headcount & Budget, SLA, and Statements of Work (SoW).
- Governance Deployment: Implement and enforce strict project governance across the portfolio.
2. Large-Scale Project & Risk Management
- Portfolio Oversight: Oversee substance substitution projects from qualification through to industrial deployment.
- Risk & Prospect (R&O;): Lead proactive R&O; management to secure project timelines and performance targets.
- Methodology Mastery: Coach and mentor project leaders utilizing Lean PLM and Agile methodologies.
3. Transnational Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Network Animation: Lead and inspire a transnational network of Local Substance Leaders to ensure deployment of the project
- Operational Alignment: Coordinate Manufacturing Operations activities.
- Industrial Handover: Manage critical plant and Final Assembly Line (FAL) handover dossiers to ensure flawless transition to operations.
4. Compliance, Safety & Performance Transparency
- Safety First: Prioritize and deploy projects that enhance employee safety and protect our workers.
- Regulatory Compliance: Secure strict adherence to environmental regulations and substance policies.
- Stakeholder Transparency: Deliver rigorous KPI reporting and ma
