Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner to lead the functional design, roadmap planning, and delivery of creative Digital Banking solutions. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring product requirements are clearly defined, aligned with customer needs, and successfully delivered through agile development practices.

You will leverage your deep domain expertise and functional knowledge to shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and guide product releases from concept through production. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help build scalable, enterprise-grade banking solutions while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Use your deep functional understanding for contribution to the business design for the product.
- Contributing to defining product roadmap and supporting end to end delivery of the product releases & communication with different stakeholders




- Build software products for banking and financing institutions with R&D; teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility
- Enable, empower, and encourage teams for continuous improvement of functional and domain understanding
- Challenging and supporting people and engineering practices to improve the quality of product
- Supporting governance of product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions
- Act as a mentor to team and reinforce organizational values and culture

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
- Hands on experience in delivering solutions from concept to production with understanding on Digital Banking solutions in global organizations.
