? Mandatory Requirements
- 3–6 years of overall work experience in sales or business development
- Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in EdTech sales

? Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, product demonstration, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition
- Handle high-value prospects and convert them into long-term customers by building trust and strong relationships
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain a healthy and structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversions and forecast accuracy
- Mentor, guide, and support junior sales team members, helping them improve performance and productivity
