We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team, working directly under the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and optimization of our platform, which is a SaaS-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. This role demands a proactive individual capable of navigating complex project landscapes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO, software developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative workplace that encourages innovation and high performance.
Technical Oversight:
Oversee the technical aspects of the project, ensuring the best practices are applied in .NET technologies, Python, and other relevant software development methodologies.
Platform Development: Drive the development and optimization of our SaaS-based HCM platform, focusing on scalability, security, and user experience.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and dependencies early, devising mitigation and contingency plans to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and decision-making processes, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement process improvements within the project lifecycle, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes.
