India. We specialise in creating high-quality architectural digital experiences
and immersive visual content for UK residential and commercial developers. Our
Pune studio operates across 8 production PODs, each delivering photorealistic
3D visualisation, CGI renders, and virtual tours for real client projects — not
concept or portfolio work.

Role
Summary

We are looking for a skilled 3D Modeller with a genuine
background in architectural visualisation (ArchViz) and robust proficiency in
Blender to join our production team. This role is specifically for someone who
has built their career visualising real buildings and spaces for architecture,
real estate, or property marketing — not general 3D modelling, gaming, product
visualisation, or film/VFX work. You will play a key role in bringing
architectural concepts to life for real UK client projects, directly influencing
how our design ideas are visualised and presented.

Responsibilities

• Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers and project managers to
understand architectural concepts, design intent, and client brand/marketing
requirements for each project.

• 3D Modelling: Create detailed, accurate 3D models of architectural
structures and spaces using Blender, built directly from architectural drawings
and reference material.

• Texturing & Lighting: Develop high-quality textures, materials, and
lighting setups to produce realistic, market-ready architectural renderings.

• Visualisation Output: Produce polished 3D visualisations — stills,
walkthroughs, or virtual tours — to showcase design options for client
presentations and internal design reviews.

• Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure every model adheres to architectural
guidelines, scale, and project requirements, cross-checking against drawings
and client specifications.
