Position: Senior HR Executive (On-site, India) — a hands-on role for an operational HR generalist who will drive recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations with a focus on compliance and service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: source, screen, interview coordination, and candidate closure in partnership with hiring managers.
- Drive onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth new-joiner experience, documentation, and probation tracking.
- Maintain and update HRIS records; ensure accuracy of employee data, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and act as liaison with payroll vendors to ensure timely, accurate salary processing and statutory contributions.
- Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, provide guidance on policy interpretation,



and support performance-management workflows.
- Ensure local statutory compliance (labour laws, PF/ESI/Tax filings) and generate regular HR reports and metrics for leadership.
