Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Product Manager with extensive background in designing and delivering enterprise and employee-facing tools within the financial services space. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency and market insight, with at least 5 years of professional experience in software product management. Your role will be crucial in devising creative solutions that address the intricate demands of the dynamic financial services landscape while significantly improving the day-to-day operations for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive product strategy that encompasses market needs, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements. Define the vision and roadmap for enterprise and employee-facing tools.
- Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape, banking & fintech industry trends, and customer needs. Identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
- Product Lifecycle Management:



Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, evaluation, and iteration. Ensure the product aligns with the business goals and delivers value to end-users.
- Feature Development: Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize features. Create detailed requirements and user stories that align with the overall product strategy.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business units, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development decisions. Regularly report on product performance and strategic adjustments.
