n About the Role
n We are looking for an Assistant Manager – LAP Sales to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business through field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through direct field visits and customer acquisition.
n Generate and manage leads through direct sourcing, references, DSAs, connectors, and market visits.
n Handle Prime LAP segment with ticket sizes of ₹1–5 Crores.
n Identify potential customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
n Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, documentation, sanction, and disbursement.
n Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.




n Conduct regular market visits and identify recent business opportunities.
n Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
n Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
n n Candidate Requirements
n n 2+ years of experience in LAP / Loan Against Property sales.
n Candidates should currently be involved in field sales / field sourcing activities.
n Experience handling Prime LAP customers with ₹1–5 Crore ticket sizes is preferred.
n Strong understanding of LAP products, customer acquisition, and the lending process.
n Candidates from NBFC / BFSI / Housing Finance backgrounds preferred.
n Branch sales profiles are not preferred; candidates with strong field-sales experience are required.
n Good communication, negotiation, relationship management, and market networking skills.
