Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our agile team in Chennai, India. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our catering and small group events business, serving as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through successful event execution.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary sales contact for all catering events and small group bookings, building and maintaining strong relationships with local clients and repeat partners
- Conduct site inspections, tastings, and comprehensive planning meetings to understand and exceed client expectations
- Respond promptly to inquiries, prepare detailed proposals, and negotiate contracts with professionalism and transparency
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Event Coordination and Execution
- Plan and manage all aspects of catering events and social functions, from initial concept through post-event follow-up
- Collaborate seamlessly with culinary, operations, and front office teams to ensure flawless event execution
