Overview

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned qualified to lead our new business development initiatives, focusing on managing the end-to-end process of pitches and Requests for Information (RFIs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the media industry, strategy function exposure and possess exceptional project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and RFI Management
- Lead the development and execution of pitches and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, media, and analytics, to develop compelling proposals.
- Oversee the creation of pitch materials, ensuring they are persuasive, accurate, and reflect the agency’s strengths.
