new Ice Cream company and a greenfield GBS organization supporting Europe Supply Chain Finance Processes. Employees within GBS partner with multiple teams in countries across Europe ranging from Factories, Distribution Centers, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Services, Procurement. You will become part of the delivery service engine behind TMICC’s hero brands and will have the opportunity to implement new solutions and processes alongside an innovative tech stack that is been delivered as part of the separation from Unilever program.

What you'll be responsible for
1. Litigation Portfolio Management
• Maintain and update the global litigation tracker (case status, financial exposure, key milestones)
• Monitor critical deadlines (filings, hearings, escalation points) and ensure timely follow-up
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across jurisdictions
• Consolidate litigation updates from regional legal teams

2. External Counsel Coordination
• Act as the central coordination point for administrative interactions with law firms
• Track case progress and ensure timely collection of updates
• Support engagement processes (e.g., engagement letters, onboarding documentation)
• Ensure adherence to billing guidelines and internal compliance policies

3. Financial & Risk Tracking
• Track litigation exposure (best, expected, and worst-case scenarios)
• Support provisioning and accrual processes in coordination with Finance
• Monitor external legal spend by matter and region
• Identify trends, variances, and cost drivers across the portfolio

4. Reporting & Insights
• Prepare monthly and quarterly litigation reports for senior stakeholders
• Develop and maintain dashboards covering:
o Case volume by region and category
o Financial exposure
o External legal spend
o Case outcomes (win/loss/settlement)
• Generate structured insights to support risk visibility and decision-making

5. Process & Tool Management
• Support implementation and maintenance of litigation and matter management tools
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Ensure adherence to Legal Ops governance and standards

6. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Regional Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance teams
• Ensure timely communication and alignment across stakeholders

We're looking for someone who





• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
• Litigation support, legal operations, or legal services
• Shared Services / GBS environment (preferred)
• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional litigation
• Experience with legal technology platforms (matter management, e-billing tools)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI is a plus)
• Basic understanding of legal billing and provisioning processes
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Structured, process-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a global, matrix environment
