Your Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical design and development of ServiceNow modules
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement best-practice solutions
- Oversee ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows and integration with other systems
- Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices
- Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Manage platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and architectural standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform
- Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to ServiceNow strategy and innovation





Your Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- 2+ years in a technical lead or architect role
- Robust understanding of ServiceNow architecture and APIs
- Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Nice to have: SecOps, HRSD, or AI related
- Version of SN – Zurich or Yokohama
