KBR is seeking an IT System Administrator with Automic expertise to join our IT team. This person will play a critical role in enabling KBR’s enterprise-wide automation strategy, supporting business-critical integrations and digital delivery across global operations. This role combines deep technical expertise with solid business partnership and innovation capabilities to drive reliable, scalable automation solutions.
Key Focus Areas:
Business Partnership
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and application owners to understand automation requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Support SAP R/3 4.7 job schedules (SM36 & SM37), Informatica (OS command lines), and enterprise application teams by enabling reliable scheduling and integration services
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure continuity and alignment between STS and MTS environments
Innovation
- Drive continuous improvement of automation processes and workflows
- Explore modern authentication (SSO), security, and integration enhancements
- Identify opportunities to optimize job scheduling, reduce manual effort, and enhance platform efficiency
Digital Delivery
- Deliver and maintain enterprise scheduling and automation capabilities using Automic (UC4)
