Key Responsibilities
- Technical Drawing Production: Develop comprehensive AutoCAD documentation, including detailed plans, sections, elevations, and component details, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Conceptual Translation: Convert rough sketches, reference materials,



and verbal design directives into refined, workable layout configurations.
- Spatial Planning Support: Facilitate interior space planning and furniture arrangement strategies, with a specific focus on hospitality and resort developments.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as a central coordination point for drawing exchanges among various architects and external consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
- Documentation Management: Uphold strict drawing standards, manage layering protocols, and maintain rigorous version control across all project file repositories.
- 3D Visualization: Generate preliminary 3D models using tools such as SketchUp to provide stakeholders with immediate visual context for design concepts.
- Quantity Surveying Assistance: Provide support in compiling Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and conducting material take-offs to aid in cost estimation and procurement.
