A Day in the Life
We are seeking an experienced, tech savvy Business Analyst with broad expertise in automation capabilities such as Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining and no-code automation to join our Hyperautomation team. As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving ideation, shaping the demand, ensuring our business creates tangible value from leveraging Hyperautomation and AI.

- Engage with business leaders to create a shared understanding of how Hyperautomation, AI can enable them to improve efficiencies and add value.
- Collaborates with business stakeholder managers, business and IT leaders to create a multi-year roadmap to solve business challenges through Hyperautomation.
- Drives creation and management of a pipeline of high value automation opportunities.
- Drive reusability of delivered solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Hyperautomation Enterprise and Solution architects to select the right platforms and tools to solve for the use case within our guidelines and standards, driving re-use of investments, building on capabilities.
- Work with key stakeholders to ideate and refine use cases to automate business processes.
- Co-create with the stakeholders the lean business case, analyze the current process, define the problem, scope, value and potential improvements and the to-be process.
