Job Description – Relationship Manager (Mutual Fund Distribution)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to acquire, manage and grow relationships with Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), IFAs and financial advisors. The role focuses on partner engagement, business development, SIP growth and delivering an excellent partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire and onboard MFDs, IFAs and wealth partners.
• Build strong partner relationships and drive activation.
• Increase SIP registrations, AUM and revenue.
• Provide product, research and platform support.
• Conduct partner meetings, training sessions and investor awareness programs.
• Coordinate with operations and AMCs to resolve service issues.
• Track sales pipeline, partner performance and business MIS.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence.
Requirements
• 3–8 years in Mutual Fund/Wealth/Financial Services.
• Good understanding of mutual funds, SIPs and investment products.
• Strong relationship management and sales skills.
• AMFI certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
