Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vendor Management
- Manage a portfolio of strategic vendors supporting business operations and client delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to support long-term business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex vendor discussions and escalations.
- Drive vendor governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Commercial Negotiation
- Lead commercial discussions, renewals, and negotiations with vendors.
- Evaluate commercial proposals and recommend optimal approaches that balance cost, risk, operational needs, and business requirements.
