Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day central operations activities like customer communications data, Critical communication tracking, Compliance, large scale data management and documentation
- Data Analysis & MIS Reporting
- Manage other NBFC operations & reconciliation activities
- Monitor service and process quality of front end & back-end operations
- Monitor and control the CRM out of TAT cases
- Manage process compliances through stringent control measures
- RCAs of the processes / Improvements thru RCAs
- SPOC for all customer Communications (Text/Voice) for all departments
- Co-ordination/Negotiations/Bill payments of vendors
