Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in customer service to develop their skills and grow within the CRM domain.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients in navigating our CRM software and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and enhancements to provide accurate information to clients.
- Meet or exceed assigned performance targets and KPIs.





Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel on a need basis.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and access to a two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
