HIRING: Production Operator II / III – OSD Manufacturing

? Chantilly, VA | ? Onsite
? 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
? 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
⏰ Overtime flexibility required

We’re looking for Skilled Pharmaceutical Production Operators with strong Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) / Solid Dose Manufacturing experience.

? Must-Have Experience

✅ 3–7+ years of OSD/solid-dose pharmaceutical manufacturing
✅ cGMP/GMP manufacturing experience
✅ Hands-on experience in one or more:
• Tablet Compression
• Granulation
• Hard-Gel Encapsulation
• Wurster Coating
• Tablet/Pan Coating
• Fluid Bed Dryers
• Tablet Printing / Ackley Laser Drill
✅ Experience setting up, cleaning, dismantling & operating manufacturing equipment
✅ FDA/cGMP documentation & Batch Production Records

Equipment experience with Fette 3200i, Fette P3030, MG2 Planeta,



Korsch XM 12 is highly preferred.

? Soft-gel-only experience will NOT be considered.

Level II: 3–7 years OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing
Level III: 7+ years OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing

? Work Authorization: US Citizen | Green Card | H-1B Transfer | TN Visa
