Position: Manager - Technical Infrastructure Specialist Location: Jeddah Position Summary Seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Specialist Manager to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure operations across Data Center, Servers, Networks, Linux Platforms, Deskside Support, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Network Operations Center (NOC), Endpoint.

The role requires a solid leader with extensive technical expertise, operational excellence, stakeholder management skills, and a forward-thinking approach toward AI and Agentic AI adoption in IT operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, service reliability, SLA compliance, cybersecurity posture, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services while driving automation and AI-enabled operational efficiencies.

Required Skills & Experience 18-20 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery, and Infrastructure Management.

Should have handled atleast 25+
