Designation: Motion Graphic Designer Intern

At BLUE, we're transforming enterprise video intelligence through AI. We build products

that help businesses search, understand, and act on video data using AI Agents. We're

looking for an Motion Designer Intern who loves creating engaging visual content using a

blend of motion design and AI-powered creative tools.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging short-form videos for Linked In, Instagram, X, and You Tube.

• Produce product explainers, launch videos, social media creatives, and

promotional content.

• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, video generation, editing, and storytelling.

• Animate UI screens, product workflows, and marketing assets.

• Add motion graphics, transitions, typography, and visual effects to create polished

videos.

• Collaborate with the Design and Marketing teams to bring product stories to life.

• Stay up to date with emerging AI creative tools and experiment with new workflows.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Basic understanding of motion design, animation principles, and video editing.• Strong visual design sense with an eye for typography, composition, pacing, and

storytelling.





• Passion for creating engaging social media content.

• Curiosity to explore and learn AI-powered creative workflows.

• Experience creating animations and motion graphics with Adobe After Effects.

Familiarity With Some of These Tools

• Runway

• Kling AI

• Higgsfield

• Pika

• Veo

Valuable to Have

• Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or DaVinci Resolve

Bonus Points If You

• Have created content for social media or personal projects.

• Have a portfolio featuring motion graphics, animations, or AI-generated videos.

• Love experimenting with new AI tools and creative workflows.

• Can simplify complex technology into engaging visual stories.
