n Exp: 1 + Years
n Location: Bangalore/Gurugram
n CTC: Up to 12 LPA
n Certification: B2 Or C1
n Job Description:-
n • Manage end-to-end french Voice and Customer Support interactions efficiently.
n • Provide professional and empathetic resolutions to customer queries in French.
n • Maintain the mandatory B2 OR C2 certification standard in all verbal and written interactions.
n • Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance user experience.
n • Maintain a qualified, courteous, and empathetic attitude during all team interactions
n • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels
n • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
