Day in the life:
- Manage end-to-end domestic MICE operations for meetings, incentives, conferences, events, and corporate group movements across India
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, event partners, and DMCs to ensure seamless execution
- Handle group logistics including accommodation, transportation, event requirements, rooming lists, and attendee management
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of all operational milestones
- Manage on-ground execution and provide operational support during events and group departures
- Resolve operational challenges proactively while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction
