Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales
Executive to drive customer acquisition and generate
business through the sale of Mutual Funds and SIP
investment products. The role involves identifying potential
customers, handling leads, conducting sales calls, understanding customer
investment needs, explaining suitable investment options, and converting
prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication,
convincing, follow-up, and closing skills, with a passion for achieving sales
targets and building long-term customer relationships.

Key
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through calling,
follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Promote and sell Mutual Funds, SIPs, and investment
products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Understand customer financial requirements and
recommend suitable investment options.
- Handle customer objections and effectively close sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing
customers.
- Assist customers with the investment and onboarding
process.




- Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales records in
CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Financial
Services, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or FinTech (Preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may
also be considered.
- Valuable understanding of Mutual Funds and SIPs preferred.
- Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and
closing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and lead conversion.
