- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations, including CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages Act, ESI, PF, and Shops & Establishment Act.
- Monitor and maintain statutory records, registers, licenses, renewals, and contractor compliance documentation for all project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely submission of PF, ESI, labour license, wage registers, and other statutory documents.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and site inspections to identify gaps and ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with government authorities, labour departments, and regulatory bodies for inspections, approvals, registrations, and statutory submission
- Admin activities - employee welfare, hotel mgmt, guest cordination, billing, petty cash
