Key Responsibilities
Society Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with society committee members, office bearers, residents, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between societies and internal project teams.
- Develop trust and confidence among society members throughout the redevelopment process.

Society Query Resolution
- Handle and resolve all society-related queries, concerns, and requests in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Maintain regular follow-up and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and pending matters.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately and ensure timely closure.

Documentation Management
- Coordinate collection, verification, tracking, and maintenance of society-related documents.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of redevelopment documentation, agreements, consents, and records.
- Liaise with legal, technical, and project teams for document-related requirements and approvals.

Vacation Management & Resident Support




- Support and coordinate the vacation process of society members in accordance with project timelines.
- Assist residents with relocation-related requirements and address concerns during the transition phase.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a smooth and hassle-free vacation process.
- Monitor vacation status and maintain regular communication with affected members.

Broker & Channel Partner Coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners supporting transit accommodation and redevelopment requirements.
- Coordinate with brokers for identification and finalization of suitable alternate accommodation for society members, wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely closure of broker-related activities and maintain proper records of transactions and engagements.

Payment Coordination & Commitment Management
- Coordinate with internal finance and project teams to ensure timely disbursement of
