Purpose of the Job: To improve production facilities, reduce the
incidence of costly breakdowns and To ensure maximum availability of automation system by
improving Reliability of system and safety of plant
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Planning, scheduling, and implementation of Preventive, Predictive, Shutdown maintenance of Automation Systems.
- Trouble shooting of Breakdowns and Review deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance.




- Coordinate with project team in Erection, Commissioning activities of automated tyre handling process.
- Coordinate with central Engineering functions like utilities, Electrical and electronics function to address equipment concern.
- Ensure targets of Equipment availability, MTBR & MTBF are met.
- Spares management of Automation Area.
- Coordinate JH activities, 5S activities within automation Area.
- Optimize work process, adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality incidents.
- Participate in Improvement activities like
