Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in partnerships, corporate business development, management consulting, or enterprise negotiation within the technology, media, telecom, or consumer conglomerate sectors.
- Experience in non-cash asset valuation, value-in-kind structuring, intellectual property licensing, and risk management.
- Experience with emerging technologies (e.g., AI and agentic capabilities) for marketing partnerships.
- Experience structuring and facilitating multi-party commercial agreements or alliances with C-suite executives.

Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Matrix Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead through influence across complex, matrixed global organizations, aligning cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) behind a shared goal.
- Ecosystem Expertise: Deep commercial understanding of the Indian consumer ecosystem, digital landscape, and cultural touchpoints (Gaming, Entertainment, Sports, Vernacular).
