Job Title: Import & Supply chain executive

Job Location: Pune

Reporting to: SCM manager

Responsibilities will include
- Coordination with CHA agency for all import related activities, compliance to ensure customs clearance within free period Sea + Air Shipments
- Customs clearance at field and freight forwarding. The individual also performs freight and customs documentation and liaises with stakeholders to ensure timely clearance and shipment of cargo.
- prepare mandatory documents in ICES such as Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, commercial invoice cum packing list, dock receipt, etc
- Check invoice for accuracy of number of packages, quantity, unit rate, total Freight on Board (FOB) / Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) value, etc.




- Upload the documents on the Indian Customs Electronic Commerce/ ICEGATE web portal
- prepare payment requests and check for timely payments for processing shipments and customs clearance formalities
- BOE creation in system + Receiving – GRN
- Obtain the customs release for import goods, take possession of the imported goods for further shipment.
- Generate supply plan for locally manufactured goods in alignment with the production plan.
- Monitoring the inventory levels according to the most recent demand forecast
- Coordinate and manage the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery
- Arrange transportation and prepare e waybill and follow up for smooth operation.
- materials management, and demand/production planning functions.
- Procurement and overseeing logistics and supply chain operations
