- Lead discovery sessions to understand client operating models, policy requirements, technology landscape, and success metrics
- Design end-to-end travel solutions combining FCM platform, content, data, servicing, and integrations
- Translate complex requirements into clear solution architecture and business outcomes

Pre-Sales & Value Articulation
- Support sales cycles through solution storytelling, workshops, and executive presentations
- Articulate differentiators across technology, service, data, and regional capabilities
- Provide technical and solution responses for RFP/I/Q submissions in partnership with proposal teams

Client & Internal Enablement
- Develop tailored solution narratives, playbooks, and enablement materials
- Deliver client workshops, adoption sessions, and intern
