Senior Associate - Transformation and Strategy- IN
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in complex, large-scale environments and has the drive to lead meaningful organizational change from the front as part of enterprise transformation and strategy team
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead change control, risk management, and steering committee reporting while driving front-to-back integration across operating model redesign, rebranding, workforce transformation, regulatory closure, and client readiness initiatives.
- Partnering closely with business, compliance, risk, operations, technology, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery across workstreams
- As a support member of the Integration Management Office, incumbent will own end-to-end integration governance and execution across critical transformation programs.
- Demonstrate success navigating large-scale mergers or enterprise transformations — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous, rapid-moving environments
