The role:
As a Electrical Technician, you will help drive our goals by:
- Participate in preventive maintenance program for plant equipment, machinery and related facilities; identify equipment maintenance needs; ensure accuracy of records kept.
- Perform routine mechanical, electrical, or machine maintenance activities on equipment including inspection, and replacement parts; order and maintain stock used in plant equipment.
- Maintain records of plant function readings and equipment history; maintain preventative maintenance records and schedules.
- Attend breakdowns,



identify fault and Solution of problem with minimal downtime to production
- Carry out diagnosis of faults, maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and skilled manner and return equipment to operational service.
- Estimate length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales.
- Maintain preventive maintenance efficiency of critical, utility machines and Breakdown.
- Work with adherence to EHS culture, 5S and Kaizen methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard.
- Make full use of the computerized maintenance management system and contribution in analysis of repetitive breakdowns, frequent failure parts etc.
- Development of countermeasures to prevent machine’s recurring problems in case of repetitive failures.
- Implementation of Maintenance Schedule for machinery, DBs and electrical panels.
