Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef – Pastry, Bakery & Chocolate to join a prestigious culinary team in Kuwait. This role is critical in leading pastry and bakery operations, ensuring exceptional quality, innovation, and consistency across all dessert and baked offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pastry, bakery, and chocolate production teams with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Oversee daily production schedules to ensure timely preparation of all baked goods and confectionery items
- Develop and enhance seasonal menus, desserts, and specialty creations using innovative techniques and premium ingredients
- Demonstrate advanced chocolate expertise including tempering, molding, glazing, and decorative artistry
- Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and minimize waste through effective forecasting and stock control




- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to align offerings with guest expectations
- Supervise maintenance and proper functioning of bakery equipment, coordinating repairs when required.

Salary: 2.28 lac (Per Month) + 7000 (Food Allowance)

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef – Bakery or equivalent senior role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
