Description
We are looking for a highly skilled, cooperative, and forward-thinking Senior Software Engineer to join our balanced product team. In this dual-focus role, you will deliver robust Senior Java Full Stack development, leveraging cloud-native microservices, while also driving AI Engineering initiatives, designing and integrating agentic workflows and GenAI models to solve complex business challenges.
You'll work closely with a team of like-minded engineers who use automated CI/CD pipelines to continuously ship clean, secure, and production-ready code. A key part of this role is building strong observability into our systems, including logging, monitoring, and alerting, to ensure performance, reliability, and rapid issue detection across our platforms.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Managers, and Architects to design and develop a scalable microservices platform using Java and Spring Boot, adhering strictly to Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, reusable, and testable code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.
- Work closely with the Technical/Solution Architect to decompose complex business requirements into clean, modular microservice architectures.
- Build reusable frameworks and work closely with DevOps to ensure the platform is highly available, scalable, and fault tolerant.
- Actively participate in Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, and DevOps practices as part of software craftsmanship and Agile XP.
